Tapas restaurant

Absolutely DELICIOUS! Everything we had was incredible, perfect portions to try different dishes and flavours. Drinks were also really good. Would absolutely recommend the Gnocchi and the jackfruit tacos! The service was amazing as well, very friendly and helpful. The place is super cute, outdoor and we didn’t stay for the live music but looked pretty good! Definitely going back.

If I could give zero stars, I would! For any restaurant that wants to serve high tea all they need do is Google it. They will find that there should be crisp white tablecloths, flowers on the table, table set with pretty teapots, cups, saucers, side plates, cutlery and napkins. Then they will find recipes… must haves are more than one scone per person ✖️ Quality jam & cream ✖️ Delicate finger sandwiches ✖️ amongst other delicate treats. The menu started with 4 frozen (not frozen) fruit Daquaris in shot glasses with three straws, one without (attention to detail!) All Of the following items were not on our table, and required us to continually call the inexperienced wait staff to our table. Teacups✖️ Teacups given without Saucers✖️ Teaspoons✖️ Sugar✖️ Milk. The food provide on plastic plates and paper disposable containers was not as described on the menu. Some items we could not identify, some were substituted for other things without notifying us. (Aranchini for High tea??) We were given three menus for four people ✖️ two towers of food for four people✔️ The food was not evenly distributed on the two towers, one tower got cheesecake, one did not etc.✖️ We had our doubts from the moment we walked in and considered making a brisk exit before we were served. Then the unfrozen daquaris came to the table. We still thought about leaving. Then the ugly red teapots arrived at the table and we felt obliged to stay. What a disappointing waste of time and money. Topped off by the most senior looking waitstaff commenting to a younger one “well if they don’t like it, they can leave”. Yes we really should have. It was the worst from start to finish, half way through, we decided we need to laugh about it because it had become so ridiculous.P.S. Please do not serve unidentifiable curry flavoured cake thingys with a high tea.

Delicious degustation! Food and wine were superb as was the service. They are very dog friendly and very accommodating to our pooch. We highly recommend

Nice food and location. Had a wonderful time but I couldn’t taste any alcohol in the cocktail which is why I can’t give 5 stars.

Visited on a Thursday night. Great live music, great service, gorgeous outdoor setting under canopy of fairy lights and really delicious food. New owners since Feb and we will be back soon as it was well worth it. Yummy basil limoncello cocktail and loved the variety of tapas dishes- especially the blue manna crab dish and baked feta- great for family outing, date night or dinner with friends - highly recommended

Friendly and fast service, delicious food with unique taste and experience and the price was actually very value for money.

We spent a delicious lunch at Rustico over New Year! 5 course shared tapas degustation, with a wine pairing that we absolutely suggest!Every course was a masterpiece with superb flavors, that resulted in a very well executed fine dining experience.Our waitress showed her knowledge of wine very well, explaining to us how they make that kind of wine and what kind of flavor we will taste while drinking it.After 2.5 hrs we felt we have been in havenAnd it’s pet friendly. So Absolutely 100% suggested!

Went there for a small dinner with friends after our wedding. We had the set menu which has a really good range of options. The service is amazing with the staff always close at hand, including the owner which made the experience extra special. The amazing views of the river and the closeby park make it a great spot for a romantic cozy dinner. The pastas were all exceptionally full of flavour including for me the squid ink. Thank you for making our evening special.

5-course (actually 10-course) degustation for $79 makes this a bargain + exceptional when paired with wines from Hay Shed and others. The pork belly was outstanding. The staff were helpful and informative. The view is fabulous. We spent 2+ hours here, can't wait to visit again.

Lovely atmosphere however on a 15 degreese night make sure to dress warm since you will be seated outside without heaters.The menu is huge but not suitable for kids.We had an extensive selection and overall the flavours weren't a surprise. It was good but not exciting overall quite fatty tastes.I vekieve its great for many but not for us.Service was very quick and attentive.
